Start Date: ASAP - February 2023Location: West MidlandsContract: 40 hours per week on a 12-month assignmentSalary: £22,500 p/aOther: Full driving licence required as Company Vehicle supplied for business use only.25 days Annual Leave plus public holidays.The Opportunity:In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of laptops for business and domestic clients, serving as the primary support liaison between our client and its customers.Having laptop repair and maintenance experience is preferred but not essential as youll receive excellent training to supplement transferable skills such as hardware break-fix skills in a customer environment, excellent problem-solving skills and deliveringexcellent customer service in a field-based role.This role will initially be dedicated to laptops repair, however the successful candidates may later have the opportunity engage in training for the maintenance of Apple MacBooks, as well as provide maintenance and installation work on multi-vendor datacentre systems, servers, and network equipment.Generic skills required:
