Job Description

My client is a global professional services business looking to recruit a Systems Implementation Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will be working autonomously supporting a wider team to implement a new management system (Visualfiles) to automate documentation. It will entail the project management and rollout including the hands-on set-up. The role has two-fold: System implementation & project management

  • System Implementation: This part of the role will entail the ongoing implementation of VisualFiles including the transfer of existing documents. You will be developing and maintaining a document control methodology and setting up a training programme. You will be required to process map the business models and review the interfaces with the other systems. You will monitor project plans ensuring that’s all miles and task milestones are delivered.
  • Project Management - You will project manage the document documentation, allocating tasks and manage delivery. You will liaise with stakeholders and identify and define how the process and can be used.
    • Applicant must have solid experience of System implantation from start to finish in a professional services environment. Use of VisualFiles CMS is desirable.
