Job role: Registered Supported Living Manager - Mental Health DiagnosesLocation: Edgbaston and Acocks GreenSalary: £36000 to £40000Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 9-5pm with shared on call responsibilitiesSalary: Up to £38000 plus possible bonus opportunity based on growth and developmentI am looking for a skilled, competent, and motivated manager to join an established supported living provider to oversee supported living settings within the Birmingham area. You will join a provider who is committed to providing exceptional support and careto individuals living with a mental health diagnosis. As the Registered Supported Living Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of life for your residents. Your leadership skills, empathy, and expertise will contribute to creating an environment where residents can thrive.Key Responsibilities:- Lead a dedicated team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation.- Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents` unique needs and goals.- Foster a supportive and inclusive community that promotes residents` mental well-being and independence.- Collaborate with medical professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care and holistic support.- Monitor and maintain the home`s regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.- Manage and increase new referrals and effectively develop new business- Be committed to increasing and maintaining CQC standardsJob requirements:- Proven experience in a leadership role within the mental health or social care sector - you will be a competent manager looking for your next challenge in your career.- In-depth understanding of various mental health diagnoses and their support requirements.- Relevant care management qualification, such as NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent- Driver with access to their own vehicleSalary and Benefits:- Salary from £36000 to £38000- Possibility to secure a bonus based on successful business growth and development.- Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training.- Generous annual leave allowanceFor immediate consideration and shortlisting, please click apply today!
