Job Description

Support Worker / Residential Care Assistant with good communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and a QCF 2 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it, is required for Jaffray Care based in Erdington, Birmingham, WestMidlandsWe have Junior and Senior Care positions available, Day and Night Shifts. SALARY: £9.00 - £10.35 per hour (depending on experience) + Benefits (see below)LOCATION: Erdington, Birmingham, there are also opportunities in WolverhamptonJOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentWORKING HOURS: The team provides 24 hour/7 day week care. Your work will contribute to the people we support living a more comfortable,dignified, liberated and happy life.The post of the Support Worker / Residential Care Assistant is multi-role, therefore, all aspects of household duties will be carried out, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, gardening and shopping. You will be encouraged to involve Service Users in thesedaily activities where appropriate.
