Role: Support Worker Location: BIRMINGHAM - ERDINGTONSalary : £9.85 to £10.81 + SLEEP RATE OF £45.00BS Social Care are currently working with an established provider of supported living services catering to the needs of vulnerable adults with complex needs, mental health needs and mild learning disabilities.Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit full time support workers in their brand new learning disabilities adults supported living service in BIRMINGHAM! Your key duties and responsibilities;- Supporting vulnerable adults and promoting independent- Personal care, bathing and washing- Assisting with mealtimes- Working as a team to promote a safe working and living environment- To prepare and implement individual and group support programmesTo be successful within this role you must be ;- Kind, caring and compassionate- Strong and confident in delivering high standards of care- Have experience in working within a similar setting- Flexible to work a variety of shift patterns; 07.00am - 2:00pm Early2:00pm - 10.00pm Late 10:00pm - 8:00am Sleep For all your hard work you can expect a salary up to £21,097 as well as holiday and pension plan.
