Job Description

SUPPORT MANAGER REQUIRED!Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Support Manager for our Client based in Birmingham City Centre.This role is a full time permanent opportunity, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, engaging, empathetic individual and able to help people with various barrier to gain sustainable employment.The role will involve building rapport with customers and proactively source job opportunities with various employers in the local area. You will be expected to run regular group sessions and deliver outreach support where appropriate. This role is perfect for people with proven experience of supporting people with disabilities or long term health conditions in a recruitment environment.Desirable Experience Required:

  • Experience working in an Employability or Welfare to work environment
  • Strong Customer Service focus and able to communicate with stake holders
  • Must be able to help and support with Advice and Guidance
  • Experience working in a Recruitment or Sales background is an advantage
  • Must be able to motivate individuals and support them with employment opportunities
