The opportunity to work for a successful streetwear fashion brand in BirminghamThe chance to gain further experience working within the streetwear sector of the industryClient DetailsMy client is a successful business supplying major UK retailers and has a successful online business.DescriptionThe Designer will be working on Mens Streetwear.The role will also involve:Working within a three person design team and being responsible for:Undertaking a high level of styling research and cover all aspects of seasonal colour palettes and mood boardsMust have a good understanding of how to build a balanced range of garmentsMust be capable of Full and detailed CAD work ready to go to the factories for samplingA strong knowledge of tech packs would be seen as very usefulProfileThe Designer will be working directly with the creative director of the business, so knowledge and confidence is key. A minimum of 3 years design experience in creating casual fashion or streetwear is required.A proven ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure is a necessity.Full and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of design critical path managementJob OfferA starting salary of £35000 together with the opportunity to grow with the brand.
