Job Description

Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a Convenience, Food to Go, Forecourt retailer who are looking for a Store Development Project Manager.Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage the store development process from site selection and lease negotiations to store opening
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals to identify new store locations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities
  • Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, and schedules
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure that store designs are executed correctly and efficiently
  • Monitor and report on the progress of store development projects to the executive team
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that new store locations are aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Manage project close-out and turnover to the operations team
Key requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store development or related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of retail real estate market and trends
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
