Specification Sales Office Manager - Bathroom ProductsJob Title: Specification Sales Office Manager - Bathroom ProductsIndustry Sector: Brassware, Showers, KBB, Kitchen & Bathroom Retailers, Independent Retailers and Retail Showrooms, Shower Trays, Wetrooms, Bathscreens, Bespoke Bathrooms, Luxury Bathrooms, Luxury Showers, Luxury Taps, Architects, Interior Designers, DesignersOffice based: Birmingham or Essex (depending on location)Remuneration: £30,000 - £33,000neg + potential bonusBenefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of the Specification Sales Office Manager - Bathroom Products will involve:

  • Specification sales office managers position promoting a range of bathroom products such as shower enclosures, wetrooms, shower trays, bathscreens, bespoke shower enclosures and luxury brassware
  • Selling to architects and interior designers, as well as into independent bathroom retailers and bathroom showrooms
  • Majority of your time will be based in the office however you may be required to occasionally go on site to visit projects and meet new customers
  • Responsible for the management, maintenance and performance of the tender process for our client and their organisation
  • Assist with the production of new, effective strategies to ensure the development of the tender process to achieve sales targets
  • Supporting and providing solutions for the other departments with all tender related issues
  • Evaluating plans and performance to ensure a consistently smooth tender process
  • Liaising with other members of the organisation, suppliers and customers
  • Managing the CRM system to maintain accurate analysis and documentation of the tender process and strategies used
  • Working alongside the Specification Sales Director
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Office Manager - Bathroom Products with:
  • Must have an understanding of the requirements and management of tender processes
  • Must have 2+ years experience in a similar specification role working with bathroom products
  • Ideally be technically minded from a bathrooms or interiors background
  • An understanding of CAD drawings is highly beneficial
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
  • Good eye and attention to detail
  • Highly computer literate (Word, Excel, CAD, CRM)
  • Full UK driving license
