Specification Sales Manager - Interior Product Support SystemsJob Title: Specification Sales Manager - M&E Support SystemsIndustry Sector: Specification Manager, Specification Sales Manager, Consulting Engineers, M&E Support Systems, M&E Consultants, Architects, Tier 1 Contractors, Building Services Support Systems, Support Systems, HVAC Support Systems, Ductwork Hangers, M&Econtractors, M&E, Electrical Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, M&E, Insulation, Drylining, Interior Building SystemsArea to be covered: Midlands & South WestRemuneration: £45,000 - £50,000Benefits: Electric / Hybrid BMW / Audi or equivalent + exceptional benefits package inc 15% pension, optional shares, private healthcare etcThe role of the Specification Sales Manager - M&E Support Systems will involve:

  • Specification sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of M&E support systems
  • All of your time will be spent generating specifications with M&E consultants, consulting engineers, architects, specifiers and tier 1 contractors.
  • Inheriting a well-established area currently turning over circa £3.8m
  • Working in a buddy systems with a Area Sales Manager
  • Average order values can range from £5k-£200k+
  • Focusing on project such as: high rise residential, student accommodation & universities
The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager - M&E Support Systems with:
  • Must have sold an interior building product of M&E systems such as: support systems, ventilation, heating, suspended ceilings, acoustics, drylining, insulation etc
  • Must have specification sales experience selling to M&E consultants, consulting engineers, architects, tier 1 contractors
  • Would consider an outstanding contractor rep
  • Ideally sold HVAC / ductwork supports, pipework supports, brackets / hangers, acoustic solutions for the building services industry (however not essential)
  • Proactive and capable of working autonomously
  • Driven, hungry and enthusiastic
