Specification Sales Manager - electrical switches, controls & terminal blocksArea: MidlandsThe Role of Specification Sales ManagerThis is a field / home based role. As Specification Sales Manager you will sell the companies leading range of electrical switches, controls & terminal blocks. 50% of your time will spent developing relationships with branch managers and owners at independentand national electrical wholesalers such as CEF, Edmunsons, Rexel, Yess Electrical etc. The other 50% of your time will be spent stimulating demand with M&E contractors and M&E Consultants where you will identify, track and follow projects. You will then backsell through the electrical wholesaler channel. As Specification Sales Manager, You will target both Commercial and Residential projects dealing also with architects, interior designers and housing developers. This is a varied role where the successful AreaSales Manager will work on a mixture of refurb, retro-fit and new build domestic projects.The Company recruiting - Specification Sales ManagerOur client are pioneer within the electrical industry and manufacturer of electrical switches, controls & terminal blocks with solid USPs.   • We are keen to talk to candidates with an electrical sales background (i.e. electrical manufacturer, electrical wholesaler sales representative, electrical branch based sales person)
  • We would be keen to talk to candidates that have sold into M&E Contractors OR M&E consultants OR electrical wholesalers
  • Applicants that have a good track record and have been on a graduate scheme at electrical wholesaler(s) will also be considered
The package
  • up to £40,000 - £45,000
  • 20% OTE
  • 10% matched company pension
  • Company car or £450 car allowance
  • 25 days holiday plus stats
