Role Introduction This is an exciting opportunity to join the Solutions Leadership team and apply your expertise to shape the success of the wider Solutions team.A Solutions Team Leader is the perfect role for individuals who want to perform hands on Solutions activities in their product area of expertise, as well as performing people management.Sitting within the Solutions Leadership team the Solution Team Leader will be responsible for managing the software solutions falling into this area of People and Care and responsible for developing, coaching and managing Solutions Consultants. The successfulcandidate will also be responsible for the day to day solutions activities across our People suite of products.Please note this is a remote role with occasional travel to client sites and the option to work in one of our office locations across the UK. What You Will Do

• Become the subject matter expert across the People suite of products
• Assisting with the qualification of business opportunitiesthrough detailed discovery process
• Leading and coordinating system demonstrations on our People suite of products, presenting value led demonstrations
• Working with the bid team to support tenders, completing bid responses/answering technical questions for customers and prospects

• Management of Solutions Consultants including recruitment, succession planning, managing performance, coaching and developing employees, planning and goal-setting
• Coaching Solutions team members on best practice discovery and demonstration skills, through shadowing, one to one or group training sessions.
• Working with the Professional Services team to streamline and coordinate the completion of relevant Statements of Work across the different software Solutions managed by your team.
• Planning the digital collateral required from your team to support Marketing and Sales Enablement
• Supporting the team across the GTM and Sales Readiness tasks assigned to them
• Ensuring demonstration and maintenance standards are adhered to across all the demonstration environments in your team

What You Will Have

• Highly desirable - domain knowledge in the HR and Payroll sector and competitor landscape
• Strong commercial awareness
• Comfortable leading and driving strategy
• Leadership skills including inspiring, coaching and mentoring
• High motivation and a passion for product and technology; comfortable asking probing questions and solving problems.
• An effective engaging communicator and influencer; builds effective relationships quickly and comfortable making decisions.
• Strong presentation and communication skillsto small audiences
• Excellent organisation skillswith the ability to multi task and prioritise under pressure
• Self-motivated to deliver a quality service both internally and externally
• Adaptable to work independentlyor part of a team
