You will have a good and broad technical knowledge of modern IT approaches (multi-Cloud, API Integration, DevOps) coupled with experience of working across a complex portfolio of projects and an ability to influence senior management thinking. You will work with the team to ensure solutions for individual projects support to our long term strategic goals, comply with our architecture principles and that robust governance processes are employed to provide transparency over our decision making.Collaboration with stakeholders and developers will be hugely important, as well as sharing best practice and production of good quality documentation. You are a proven problem-solver, ideally with previous experience working in the General Insurance market. Perhaps youve been a mentor or had some other leadership experience in the past.
