Software Trainer (Field Based)

  • Implementing, planning and delivering first class training to customers in the trades industries (electrical, plumbing, fire and security, HVAC)
  • Engaging with customers to understand their processes and identify different learning styles
  • Planning tailored training that will suit the differing needs of customers
  • Integratingsoftware with the customers existing systems
Who are they looking for
  • Excellent training delivery skills, with the ability to adapt methods to suit differing needs
  • Substantial experience in implementing software systems
  • Someone who is mature and professional, and able to work in a consultative way
  • An understanding of business processes and workflows
  • The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes
  • Confidence to adapt and learn new programmes and systems
  • Strong verbal, written communication and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of accounting packages (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Knowledge/experience working in the trades industries
