Job Description

Role Overview: As a Software Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of customised solutions within our ERP platform. Your role will involve managing a team of developers, ensuring theefficient utilisation of Navision/Business Central functionalities to meet business requirements, and driving continuous improvements.Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Navision/Business Central developers, providing guidance and support in project execution, technical challenges, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Navision/Business Central environment.
  • Oversee the customisation, configuration, and extension of Navision/Business Central functionalities to address specific business needs.
  • Develop and implement best practices for software development, version control, and system testing to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive the evaluation and adoption of new features, updates, and technologies within Navision/Business Central, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption to ongoing processes.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations related to Navision/Business Central projects.
