Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and successful solutions sales executive to join a growing sales team achieving sales success. Develop new business in Retail, Hospitality and Healthcare rostering solutions. Hunter mentality, solutions sales approach, experiencein complex, multi stakeholder, multi level sales, with typically 6 month sales cycles. Currently mainly remote but will return to field sales meetings next quarter. Any UK location, home based plus travel to client sales meetings and sales team meetings UKwide. £55k-£60k base and double OTE.In this role you will:

  • target the retail, hospitality and healthcare markets for rostering solutions
  • hunt, discover and develop leads using online and offline resources in a territory of named target accounts
  • use your experience in the full sales cycle including demonstrating the solution, proving the value, pricing, negotiation and closing
  • reach key decision makers to sell SaaS software and managed services in a complex sales cycle with a 6 to 9 month typical duration
  • achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • work closely with pre-sales, management and your peers in sales
  • attend events to network and create leads and develop interest in the rostering software platform
  • win many deals with £60k - £70k Annual Recurring Revenues and some with £250k to £500k ARR
You must have:
  • a proven track record in meeting / exceeding sales targets in a new business sales environment
  • 3 to 5 years experience of B2B full sales cycle in a fast paced sales team
  • skills in qualifying leads, reaching the right contact, prioritizing your pipeline and closing deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • understanding of the decision making structure in mid to large sized companies and ability to win business within it
  • strong, repeatable, and realiable sales methodology, to plan and develop sales
  • knowledge of MEDDIC and / or Miller Heiman a plus
