Job Description

Base Salary Range c. £40-45K+ (negotiable), plus uncapped OTE, BenefitsHome Based: Midlands or the North of England Wanted: Software Sales Executive / Account Manager to manage the sales functions of a small, though long established Software Company. You will have complete autonomy and responsibility for the companys sales, with potential to build asmall team to lead as the business grows.The Company: has been an expert in their sector for 20 years, providing a Care Management software solution to Care Homes throughout the United Kingdom. Based in the North West, they employ a small, friendly team of highly professional staffwho strive to put the customer first and foremost in all they do. The business is delighted to have a new, fully developed and tested Cloud Software Solution to market that is gaining excellent reviews from its pilot customer sites.The Role: ismixed new business and account management position, with the core aims of converting existing customers to the new SaaS system, whilst also driving new client acquisition within UK Care Homes. The sales methodology will be amix of Telephone, MS Teams, Web Demos, Client Facing visits and exhibition attendance.As above, you will have complete autonomy and freedom in how you work as the sole sales person within the company. Also as above there is the definite potential to progress into a Sales Management role in the future, as the leader of a small team.Requirement: to be considered for this role you will be a customer focussed, consultative software sales professional who would enjoy and thrive working as the sole salesperson within a company. You would require excellent organisation andself-motivation skills; whilst prior experience selling software solutions into the Care Sector would be desirable, this is not essential, as we believe good software sales skills are transferable.Location: This role is open to individuals matching the above criteria who could either be based at the companys Cheshire offices, or else be Home based, working remotely ideally within the North of England or in the Midlands.For further information, please submit your CV in confidence without delay.
