Job Description

Software Consultant - Recruitment Software Modis are currently working in partnership with a market leading software solutions provider to recruit a Software Consultant with experience of providing consultative support and advice on recruitment software.Please note this role offers fully remote working. The RoleAs a Software Consultant you will consult on design, configuration, customisation, development and implementation of solutions on the software to internal clients.The Responsibilities

  • Be a champion for both technical and functional solutions across the software, driving the adoption of new features and technology.
  • Gain an exceptional understanding of the software technical and functional capabilities.
  • Expertise in providing both out of the box and configuration / development solutions in the application.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour.
  • Work with the Project Manager to deliver all consultancy according to the Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan.
  • Adept at Business Requirement Analysis with a focus on reducing development effort and simplifying delivery.
The Requirements
  • Experience as an Software/Application consultant in Recruitment technologies (e.g. Fieldglass, Talentlink , Bullhorn, Access Pay and Bill).
  • Demonstrable skills in facilitating workshops, gathering, and documenting requirements, translating requirements into business processes using BPMN techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees including C-level.
