Job Description

Social Media, Learning Campaign Specialist (Learning & Development)Based in BirminghamUp to £45k + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsBadenoch + Clark have been engaged by a leading private sector business that is looking for a Social Media, Learning Campaign Specialist to join their team based in Birmingham. This brand-new role will look for ways to continually enhance the learner experienceby making learning easier and more accessible through utilising internal social media channels. You will be focused on the content, how learning is shared, and creating different ways to let employees know whats available and how to tap into it. You willhave the ability to shape and mold this role and make it your own in support of learner experience.What you will be doingWe have a need to focus on how we engage our colleagues in learning and need to utilise social media channels to be able to share compelling and engaging learning materials.*Managing social media posts and content.*Curating learning materials.*Monitoring hashtag presence.*Support and grow the adoption of the internal media channel.*Supporting the promotion of and moderating of learning events.*Manage the learning events calendar.*Support in identifying learning event speakers.*Gather Social Media insights to inform the campaign approach. *Getting creative in how the business evolves its Learning identity.*Helping to launch, drive and embed a new Learning Podcast.*To unlock unlimited learning, to build maturity in the learning culture and for people to embrace learning as a performance enabler. *Re-imagining what L&D means and helping everyone play a part in building the capabilities needed to be successful and happy in the future. *Enhancing the learning across the business with connected technologies to enable colleagues to learn anytime and anywhere through smooth personalised learning interfaces.*Creating impactful learning solutions with colleagues at the heart of the design with a deep understanding of their motivations and expectations.*Increasing capability in data and analytics to generate insights and better measure the impact of learning, refine the learner experience and effectively show business value.*To drive adoption learning and grow the internal learning group membership - through sharing of engaging learning materials and being reactive to social media posts.*To have a full calendar view of learning events, kept up to date and shared in relevant channels. *To support in the creation of a new learning identity, helping to influence the organisational learning maturity, engagement, and participation in learning.*Fully autonomous role - working in an agile way - try new things, constantly evolving the thinking and approach to provide the best learning experience to colleagues. What skills we are looking for:*Experienced in managing social media platforms, posts, post engagement, and hashtags. *Experienced in curating learning materials. *Excellent communication, influencing and networking skills at all levels.*Experience in working in a large complex organisation, ideally across multiple business units/sectors would be an advantage.*Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.*Excellent planning and prioritising skills and the ability to work well under pressure.*Independent and proactive.*Excellent attention to detail.*Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.*Personal confidence and credibility.*IT literate, minimum intermediate Excel Skills.Social Media, Learning Campaign Specialist (L&D)Based in BirminghamUp to £45k + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsThis role would somebody who is a Learning Campaign Specialist, Social Media, Learning Advisor, L&D Specialist, L&D Advisor, Social Media Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist, Social Media Engagement Specialist.
