Job Description

Social Media Executive - Fully Remote!upto £22kMy client are looking for a rock star Social Media Executive to join their remote team.If you have a creative spark, an eye for Digital Marketing and a personality that thrives on results and growth strategy then this is the role for you.Their remote working team of dedicated Digital Marketers are looking for someone to jump in head first to their extensive Social Media services, take control and make the department their own.Alongside a strong creative vision and innovative can-do approach, we require the successful candidate to have:

  • The ability to manage multiple clients social accounts, each with their own branding, personality and voice.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the use of Facebook and Instagram particularly in relation to building communities, account growth, advertising/branding and customer service.
  • Be exceptionally proficient at graphic design and creative writing.
  • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of social algorithms and best practice.
  • A basic knowledge of Paid Advertising campaigns and Search Engine optimisation will be vital in order to work seamlessly with our digital marketing campaigns.
  • A creative and diverse approach to generating client content,competitions and engaging visuals and language for social posts.
The successful candidate must understand the impact of constant innovation in Social Media work ensuring a positive ROI for all clients and accounts.Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing a Social Media Strategy and setting goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement for their clients Facebook and Instagram accounts
  • Plan, design and curate weekly content calendars for clients and our business, implementing scheduled delivery using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to manage multiple Social Media channels and accounts simultaneously.
  • Develop and manage competitions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage and facilitate successful client relationships through open content sharing groups with clients.
To be considered eligible for this role you will need:
  • A firm understanding of how and why digital marketing works
  • Exceptional creative writing and editing skills
  • Strong verbal and non verbal communication skills
  • A natural, concrete and independant drive and work ethic
  • At least 18 months previous experience in a similar role
  • A full time, well equipped home-working environment (with reliable WiFi!).
