Job Description

Role Introduction This is an exciting opportunity to take your first step into Sales Management. What you will do

  • Conducting regular 1-2-1 and guiding sales activities to achieve suitable pipeline levels
  • Coaching on Sales Opportunity Management and attending client meetings to help progress sales
  • Managing sales campaigns to ensure all opportunities are uncovered
  • Achieving team revenue targets
What you will have
  • Achievesales order bookings target(monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Support the sales team in developingpipelineand continuously progressing & qualifying opportunities in order to enable achievement of target.
  • Monitor theprogress of key customer transactionsin the sales cycle to ensure our business processes and procedures are followed.
  • Monitorcustomers satisfaction, addressing any issues and promoting reference ability & building effective working relationships with key executives.
  • Setobjectives and review theperformance of individualsand take action to ensure targets are met.
