Job Description

Site ManagerAll work in South and West Yorkshire£22-26Are you a Site Manager within the dry lining sector Have you worked for a specialist drylining subcontractor as a Site Manager Are you looking for a long-term freelance roleThe Role:

  • As Site Manager you will be working for a specialist drylining contractor you will have full operational responsibility for the project
  • The project is working on a new build commercial building with the dry lining, partitions, and ceilings package circa £1 million
  • Manage sub-contractors and direct labour
  • Compete snagging lists and reports
  • Sign off reports
  • Quality Control
  • Review the program with the contract team
    • Requirements:
  • Experience working for a specialist dry lining contractor as a Site Manager
  • Knowledge of dry lining, and ceilings
  • SMSTS - Site Manager certificate
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
    • Salary & Benefits
  • £22-26 per hour
  • Long term contract 6 months with the option to go perm
  • Project-based in Birmingham
    • The CompanySpecialist dry lining, SFS, and ceilings contractor working for leading main contractors. Typical contracts are commercial builds within the Education sector with values from £1 -£2 million.
