Silversmith/ Jewellery maker - full-time hours working a part-time week - i.e. Monday - Thursday and Friday off - up to £19,000Looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated silversmith / Jewellery maker to join Nationwide Recruitment Services (NRS) client. This is a full-time permanent role, but only working 4 days per week, condensed hours only working Monday - Thursday and Fridayoff.The company has experienced success and since opening up after Covid has revamped and restructured the team and this week contract ed us about an exciting opportunity to join them as a silversmith/ bench worker.The successful candidate will need to have either experience or a qualification in Jewellery / silversmithing. They may consider an apprentice with a goldsmith/ silversmith qualification, or, metal Jewellery making.This is a fantastic opportunity for a semi-precious production/ materials person to work for a niche business in a small team.If you are looking for a role where you CAN really make a difference and your decisions and opinions really matter, please read on!Background or education / training in metal work silversmith, goldsmith, semi-precious metals, or precious metals.ROLE: Producing and manufacturing silver and semi-precious metal pieces using skilled production/ silversmith methods. Using silver, precious metals using labour intensive manufacturing and craftsmanship The main purpose of this role is to maintain highstandards of production and crafting working in a team of production staff in a successful tooling / instruments environment The team are easy to get along with, motivated and ensure production targets are met, high standards are achieved, and any improvementsare introduced Ensuring health and safety as well as maintaining stock levelsRequirements:Must have training or education or experience of silver, gold, metal production/ manufacturing.
