Job Description

We are looking for an expert individual to support the service management team in providing excellent business support to the wider team.   • Be the risk management champion for the Service Management team, -ensuring risks are included on Execview, appropriately handled and provide regular updates.
  • Provision of Monthly Performance Management reporting (PMR) to clients - input template to be created monthly and shared in Teams.
  • Ensuring the Service Management Issues and Problem log is maintained and facilitates CI activity to improve services and address client concerns.
  • Support Service Management team with their client meetings - capturing actions & minutes and managing documentation sets within a structured, centralised folder structure which supports SSCLs quality framework requirements.
  • Demonstrate a Customer First approach in your role, ensuring you anticipate your customers requirements and show a willingness to go above and beyond in delivering the service or product!
