Morgan Hunt are working with the NSPCC on the search for a Helpline Service Head in their Birmingham Hub.As well as a service for children and young people needing advice and support, the NSPCC Helplines offer telephone and online services for adults concerned about the welfare of a child or a young person.Providing advice, guidance and support, the helpline can take action on a callers behalf if they have concerns about a child at risk of abuse.As Service Head, you will develop and manage effective helpline services and ensure high quality services are developed and monitored effectively.Reporting to the Director of Services, you will line manage Helpline Practitioners.
