Job Description

Provide essential and thoughtful 1st line support to users working in one of the UKs most vital projects for our generation. Use your proven service support skills to help users with troubleshooting issues with newly set up and newly procured hardware in a high-pressure environment.Client DetailsThe client is an NHS trust based in the West Midlands who is providing vital support to the country in standing up vaccination sites for the UK public.Description

  • 1st line support over the phone, and over email
  • Provide effective and speedy troubleshooting assistance, during a time of high stress for users
  • Provide support and insight into problems encountered throughout the process, and how you overcame them
  • You will have to be a cool and calm operator with an understanding of the complications which may arise for users throughout this project
  • You will be required to attend the University on site all day for this position
  • ProfileThe successful candidate will be a proactive individual with proven experience in IT support. You will clearly show the ability to think through issues when they are encountered, and show the initiative to document your resolution, so that others can benefit. Additionally, you will have a calm demeanour and will be able to work effectively under pressure, and with potentially distressed end-users.Job OfferA competitive daily rate, and the opportunity to work on a high profile and mid-long term NHS contract into 2021.
