They ensure apprentices are onboarded effectively, covering the necessary contractualand regulatory steps to ensure we are fully compliant with regulations. They work closely with our programme delivery teams to ensure that the experience of apprentices on our programmes are of the highest quality, and that learning aims are tracked and achieved.And they work closely with employers, managing important commercial relationships and ensuring the employers are fully briefed on their apprentices progress and attainment, and providing the necessary on-the-job support to maximise learning achievement.Anexciting opportunity has arisen for two resourceful, client-focused individuals to join the Degree Apprenticeships team at Aston University.The role will suit somebody who is comfortable working in a client focused environment, at ease with databases and other computer systems, and with strong communication, teamworking, administrative and organisational skills.Knowledge of the apprenticeships landscape is desirable, but full training will be provided to the successful applicant.Anonymous shortlisting will be carried out for this role as part of Aston Universitys commitment to equality and diversity and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to recruitment.
