Job Description

PPC ExecutiveSalary: £28,000 coupled with an excellent benefits packageLocation: Work from Home The Company My client is a leading and expanding motor insurance group who are renowned for their staff reward and recognition and are ranked highly in The Times Top 30 Big Companies to work for. The Group are a modern and progressive group of companies incorporatingmajor names in the automotive and insurance industries, who are currently recruiting for their Marketing teamThe RoleThe PPC Executive is part of the Group & Online Marketing team reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing. You will be part of a dynamic team and you will have close interaction and responsibility for working on the PPC accounts across the group.Were looking for a confident and experienced PPC Executive who can hit the ground running.

  • This is a remote role and will remain remote irrespective of government guidelines. Occasional travel to the main office in Kent or major cities in the UK will be required.
  • Flexible working hours
Responsibilities
  • Setting up and day-to-day running of PPC accounts, including deployment of the performance marketing strategy as defined by the Head of Performance Marketing
  • Planning, launching, analysing and optimising campaigns across PPC
  • Optimising the return on ad spend (ROAS) and monitor budgets and search performance against set targets and CPAs
  • Maximising visibility, rank, click through rate (CTR) and conversions
  • Conducting keyword analysis
  • Reporting of KPIs to the business, ensuring continuation of high performance
  • Identifying future opportunities within search and optimise performance
  • Providing data driven analytics to generate new ideas that engage with new and existing website users to generate quotes and sales
  • Using Google Analytics and Search Console to measure, analyse and make data driven decisions based on current activity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Keeping up to date with cutting edge PPC strategies and industry news
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years PPC experience
  • Solid experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Console and Google Analytics as well as PPC tools like Optymzr
  • Commercially astute, can identify and suggest opportunities to the Head of Performance Marketing
  • Analytical minded and comfortable with data, performance analysis and reporting
  • Excel skills required
  • Self-motivated and organised with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive with a high level of common sense and initiative
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to concentrate on the task in hand and see work through to its natural conclusion
  • An understanding of SEO and paid social media would be an advantage
