Job Description

360 Recruitment are a specialist Technology recruiter, currently recruiting for a Senior Voice Interconnection Analyst to join one of the fastest-growing IT Managed Service Provider in the UK.Role:Senior Voice Interconnect Analyst Salary:Up to £50,000 + Benefits(If your salary requirement is higher than advertised, we are still keen to hear from you)Benefits:25 Days holiday, plus Bank HolidaysVirtual & Flexible WorkingLife AssuranceHealth PlanProduct DiscountsPermanent Role:Full Time - PermanentLocation:Working Remotely& Occasional travel to the OfficeAbout the Role: The Senior Voice Interconnect Analyst sits at the heart of the voice strategy and supplies commercial direction on voice interconnects and tariffs.This is a crucial role, collaborating closely with suppliers, Procurement, Sales, IT & Finance teams to set the right portfolio structure and pricing to deliver our commercial goals.Responsibilities:

  • Leading key commercial projects in delivery of the tariff refresh.
  • Value optimisation lead; find opportunities across the portfolio to drive higher value. Underpinned by robust analysis and test / learn trial approach
  • Responsible for ad hoc commercial deep dives, as requested by the Interconnect Manager to support bid reviews
  • Responsible for pricing strategy on voice interconnects.
  • Routing optimisation in conjunction with Engineering based on commercials and capacity.
  • Responsible for the number stock and inventory, categorising numbers according to market desirability and premium.
  • Liaising with OFCOM and other regulators where applicable to refresh stock, optimise our costs incurred for holding the stock and investigating new ranges and additions to the national numbering plan.
  • Assist the Compliance and Legal departments with any regulatory submissions and queries as well as monitoring OFCOM and other bodies for consultationsSetting up the porting agreements with other operators / carriers and managing the commercial relationship with them whilst being aware of any regulatory requirements.
Experience:
  • Financial modelling
  • Data analysis using internal data systems
  • Strategic and critical thinking how do you evaluate and recommended a course of action
  • Ability to influence and gain support for commercial decisions and recommendations
  • Experienced at analysing large data sets
  • Pricing strategy experience, examples of setting pricing in previous roles.
  • Strong communications skills, including written, verbal and presentation
Desirable Experience (Not Essential)
  • P&L Management
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Ability to influence and gain support for commercial decisions and recommendations
