To be considered for this role, you must have -
  • 12 to 18 months recruitment experience in an IT or Tech market - this business doesn’t work in verticals, so a broad knowledge will be best suited
  • A proactive can-do mentality towards business development, negotiating business and managing client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and you must be able to build rapport with high-end clients and technical candidates
  • Resilience, hunger to succeed and proactivity
