We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our extremely busy offices in Moseley, Birmingham. Suitable candidates will have prior experience of recruitment account management plus ideally the ability to train and mentor junior staff.Your duties within the role will be to operate as main point of contact to a number of long standing recruitment clients. You will work a select number of vacancies and then outsource other roles to various consultants throughout the company. Once familiar with your client based you will encouraged to recruit and train your own team members. Within your client base you will be tasked with business development, plus identifying and winning new business within your market sector.Penguin Recruitment operates within the Engineering and Environmental sector. Experience in either sector would be a huge benefit however we can offer full training if you are joining from a different sector.The role will be a mixture of office and home based with semi flexible hours.
