You will be at the forefront of exciting projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly from inception to completion.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Leadership: Take charge of refurbishment projects, guiding teams to success and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold our commitment to excellence by maintaining high standards of workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, manage time lines, and optimise project schedules to maximise productivity.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively, finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track and overcome obstacles.
ProfileThe successful candidate will possess proven experience in successfully managing refurbishment projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
