Summary This is a career defining project opportunity at the National Trust as we continue in partnership with Moseley Road Baths, a GII* Edwardian swimming pool in the heart of Birmingham. Owned by Birmingham City Council and operated by Moseley Road Baths CIO,the National Trust and other partners have come together in a coalition of the willing and are set to embark on a £32.5m redevelopment project starting this year, which places swimming, health and wellbeing at the heart of this historic building.As the project team forms this autumn, the Senior Project Coordinator will be part of the critical glue that keeps this complex and fast paced project moving.£26,000pa fixed for 17 months initially.Interviews will be held w/c 14 NovemberIf you have any questions about the role, please feel free to contact Stephen Spinks, Project Director at .uk or . Youll join the wider National Trust Birmingham Conurbation project team, where you can share ideas, lessons learned and challenges with professionalproject colleagues.This is a hybrid role, so your time will be flexibly divided between working from home, at Moseley Road Baths, and hot desking from The Roundhouse and Back to Backs. What youll be doing Reporting to the Project Director, you will take a lead in organising partners, the project board and various other team and stakeholder meetings and record keeping. You will be immersed in tracking financial data, be it capital and activity funding, kindlygranted to the project from the Levelling Up Fund, the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Birmingham City Council, Historic England and the World Monuments Fund. Youll build strong relationships both internally and externally, sharing learning, identifying opportunitiesand working collaboratively.Youll support the preparation of funding claims and regularly report on the progress of the project against budgets, programme of work and funds committed, being a key link with the Birmingham City Council finance team. Youll support the project team withgovernance work, ensuring risks are recorded and well managed.Youll help promote the work of the project to, owning newsletters, curating digital content, supporting the communications team, and ensuring all partners are represented in our project work.
