This role is available on a permanent, full-time basis however flexibility is offered.Our clients Office is made up of a large Town Planning team alongside Design, Landscape, and Environmental Planning. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of planning projects, using your local knowledge to plan and deliver projects of alltypes and scales including residential, mixed-use, commercial and employment through development plan promotion and planning applications and appeals.The Birmingham office is led by experienced senior leaders and offers a friendly, supportive and busy atmosphere. The office is located within the heart of the city center it has easy access to public transport, including being a short walk from New Street,Moor Street, and Snow Hill Stations.The successful candidate should have excellent communications skills, planning experience and technical knowledge as well as a capability to help further grow the business.
