Page Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer with a positive energy, to join a fantastic team, to support them with their in-house payroll. Candidates only with iTrent experience will be considered. This is role is for a minimum of 5months with an opportunity to go permanent.Client DetailsOur client is a national rail company.DescriptionYou will be working with the Finance Team, this role will lead a small Payroll Team. You will be joining a team who are committed to delivery an excellent and efficient service, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.We are seeking a proactive and customer focused team player who enjoys working with numbers and successfully resolving problems. Excellent communication and sound judgement skills are essential.You will oversee the end to end processing of payroll, within prescribed deadlines, and assist with day-to-day payroll and pension queries including P60s and P11Ds. You will also produce relevant reports and statistics for financial management accounts.ProfileThis role requires experience with iTrent.You will have experience in payroll or finance and up to date knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations. The role requires building effective working relationships and working to tight deadlines in a busy and fast paced environment.You will be comfortable working out manual calculations and will need to have proven excellent excel skills.Job OfferImmediate startOpportunity for a permanent roleMonday - Friday 37-40 hours per week, option for occasional overtime on weekends£18 - £20 per hour
