Are you a skilled Registered Nurse looking for a new full-time opportunity in Birmingham Leaders in Care UK is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join a welcoming and inclusive hospital Outpatient department. This full-time Registered Nurse role offersan attractive salary up to £37,000 and excellent benefits package. The hospital is based in Birmingham and is part of Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals and clinics, performing more complex surgery thanany other private healthcare provider in the country. The role holder will be required to cover 0730-20:30 Monday to Friday and Saturday from 0730 -13:30 (saturdays on a rota). During your first few weeks in this Senior Nurse role, you can expect to take onsome of the following: Ensure that standards of patient care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures Work to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users Promoteand safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and consultants, acting as an advocate to more junior members of the team Where appropriate, deputise for the Sister/ Charge Nurse and the lead on clinical shifts You must be a RegisteredGeneral Nurse with relevant clinical professional development, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration to apply.
