Job Description

This Senior HRBP role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional in the Technology & Telecoms industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic and operational HR initiatives within the Birmingham location.Client DetailsOur client is a leading player in the Technology & Telecoms sector, with a strong team of dedicated professionals.Description

  • Driving HR strategy in alignment with the companys business objectives.
  • Supporting and managing outsourced services to bolster our offerings, with a particular focus on outsourced engineering.
  • Providing HR advice and support to the leadership team.
  • Overseeing talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Leading change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and recommendations as necessary.
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver best practice HR solutions.
  • Analysing HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
ProfileA successful Senior HRBP should have:
  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience supporting engineering teams in tech companies.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to develop strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.
Job Offer
