Senior HR Business Partner - Medical Workforce & Recruitment Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with a leading NHS Trust based in Birmingham. Reporting directly into the Head of People and Culture you will lead on designated operational and/or Trust-wide HR/Medical Staff developments as agreed with the Headof People and Culture and/or Deputy Director People and OD and other key stakeholders, that might be highly complex and sensitive e.g., roll out of new terms and conditions. You will also work closely with the Senior HR People Partners and Learning and OD Leads in developing Workforce initiatives that create and add value to the business and performance of the Trust. The role is for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension. It is paying between £26.42 and £33.07 inside IR35, depending on pay method. The role is hybrid working so you will need to be able to commute into Birmingham 1/2 days per week. Your new role as Senior HR Business Partner: The post holder will use highly developed specialist knowledge and experience of the complex medical staffing terms and conditions, national strategies, policies and procedures to expertly manage the medical staffing service to the Trust. Recommending bestpractice and, in collaboration with key stakeholders, reviewing current Trust arrangements to drive local improvements. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in Primary Care, Community and East of England Ambulance Service to ensure that pathways are optimised for both referral in and discharge out. The Experience & Qualifications Required: Significant NHS medical staffing experience working in HR or as part of a Medical Directorate. Significant knowledge and experience of medical pay, terms and conditions for all grades Sound understanding and in-depth knowledge of the current HR and medical workforce agenda in the NHS, how this supports service provision, performance and improvement and interventions needed to respond to changes.
