Senior HR Advisor BirminghamPaying up to £40k + Benefits 12 Month FTC Our global professional services client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team based in Birmingham. Your role will involve employee relations, generalist HR, casework, and projects. The role: *Providing operational HR advice and support to all Line Managers. *Dealing with grievances and sickness/absence reviews. *Dealing with ER cases.*Handling absence management queries, as well as liaising with Occupational Health.*Providing face to face and over the phone HR advice for various HR queries ranging from disciplinary, grievances, absence and performance management. *Produce high-quality data and reports.*Dealing with exit interviews and recruitment compliance. What we are looking for *Previous experience in an HR Advisory role.*Professional services or legal experience is essential.*Must have excellent MS Excel skills.*Stakeholder engagement experience. *Ability to work efficiently under pressure. *Employee relations experience.
