Job Description

Senior HR AdministratorBirmingham City Centre12 month FTCWe have been instructed on an amazing position based in Birmingham for a Senior HR Administrator. Our national client are very well known in their field and are also known for their passion for people across the business which allows for a very positive and engaged working environment. This role will offer incredible variety on a day to day basis and ideally suit someone looking to progress into an HR Advisory role.The role will include a variety of tasks which will include;

  • Arranging monthly meetings.
  • Minute taking and implementing action plans.
  • Set up and provide appropriate reports.
  • Issuing employee correspondence to advise of changes to terms and conditions of employment, quarterly and yearly bonus letters and annual salary reviews.
  • Managing the HR inbox, dealing with incoming queries promptly.
  • Producing weekly MI reports.
  • Updating group org charts.
  • Employee Relations support.
  • HR Advisory support.
  • Weekly vacancy email update to the business.
  • Ensure HR section of intranet is kept current and up to date.
