Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a large PLC listed business based in High Wycombe.Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong commercial partner relationships with Senior stakeholders providing analysis and key metrics.
  • Prepare reporting full profit & loss accounts, budgets and forecasts with full variance analysis and commentary.
  • Provide analysis where required on capex spend including rolling forecasting.
  • Support the operational teams in the preparation of financial business cases for investment, capital expenditure and change programmes resulting in cash flow and business profit improvement.
  • Assist in the setting up of various fully automated MI reporting and maintain key performance data to various areas of the business
  • Proactively support the business in identifying areas of continuous improvement, focusing on both commercial and process/system opportunities to drive value.
Requirements:
  • Qualified or finalist CIMA / ACCA
  • Experience of working with and supporting operational colleagues
  • Power BI and project management experience would be an advantage
  • Management accounting experience gained in the service, logistics or manufacturing industries an advantage
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
