Job Description

Robert Half is thrilled to offer a brand-new Senior Finance Analyst position in our European Finance team, based near Birmingham Airport. As a business with a modern operating structure, we offer hybrid / flexible working. Your expertise in analysis and financial modelling will help guide senior leadership on budgetingand forecasting, while contributing to the development of effective business reporting for our thriving European operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create a consolidated European Annual Operating Plan.
  • Provide vital forecasting, analysis, and commentary to support decision-making in Europe.
  • Contribute to the development of enhanced management reports and dashboards.
  • Deliver accurate and timely management information to the US parent company and sales teams.
  • Analyse business performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build strong relationships with local finance teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Design complex bonus models and make recommendations.
  • Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the field incentive compensation process.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified accountant with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience as a finance analyst.
  • Inquisitive, analytical, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Hands-on and adept at working with financial data.
  • Proficient with systems and Microsoft Excel.
On offer to the successful candidate is:
  • A salary of £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
