Job Description

Senior Digital Marketing ExecutiveBirmingham (Hybrid Working)up to £38k DOEMy client, an independent UK professional services business at the top of their game, are expanding the team and looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to continue their growth.You will be responsible for implementing digital marketing campaigns and activities that promote services and the brand. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving websitetraffic and goal completion. This role will also identify and evaluate new digital marketing technologies and utilise analytics tools to measure online traffic to better optimise marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.Key responsibilities:

  • Implement agreed digital marketing activities
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to content on the company website
  • Improve the UX of the website to drive goal completions
  • Implement agreed social media strategy to drive engagement across all social platforms
  • Utilise a range of digital techniques and tools including paid search, SEO and PPC to boost brand awareness and perception across all digital marketing channels
  • Analyse performance of all digital content to make recommendations on digital marketing improvements
  • Shared project management of video and animation projects alongside Design team
  • Manage and develop our bulk mail system - including performance tracking and reporting
What skills we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles including direct responsibility for implementation
  • Excellent writing skills with good level of grammar
  • Strong track record of delivering content across a range of digital channels
  • Experience of managing multiple, often conflicting, priorities to successful completion and the ability to understand complex business issues that impact organisational success
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build successful relationships with internal stakeholders and work in an integrated way with teams across the business
  • Advanced understanding and demonstrable expertise in social media management
