Job Description

Here at SRG, we are proud to be partnering with this leading provider of clinical services specialising in cognitive impairment. They deliver expert clinical care to private patients and are one of the foremost providers of clinical trials in the world. As the Senior Clinical Trials Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • The set up, and administrative and operational delivery of allocated trials at the site, according to RCH governance, operational, financial and developmental strategies, and in compliance with Good Clinic Practice (GCP) principles.
  • The management and coordination of the local clinical trials administrative team for allocated trials, with line management responsibilities for members of the local clinical trials administrative team (as deemed appropriate) e.g. Clinial Trial Coordinators,Clinical Trial Administrators, Raters.
  • The preparation for, and successful execution of, all Sponsor, CRO and trial-specific regulatory audits and inspection, in collaboration with the trial PI and Director of Clinical Operations.
  • Contribution to the local site communication and contribution to the achievement for the sites clinical trial results on a weekly, monthly and annual basis, in collaboration with PI and Sub-I(s), patient recruitment staff and senior management. This relatesspecifically to the key clinical trial KPIs, including screening, randomization and site/trial quality.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience working within a commercial clinical trial setting, minimum 6 months. It is desirable that you have phlebotomy, ECG or medical records experience.
