Position: Senior Business Development Manager - Strategic Real Estate LeadLocation: Birmingham/HybridSalary: £55,000 - £60,000As a Senior Business Development Manager - Strategic Real Estate Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the success of delivering capital investments and driving strategic real estate projects in the West Midlands. You will play a key rolein engaging with global and domestic investors, developers, and governmental agencies to attract capital and support the development of crucial projects. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where you will collaborate with senior leaders and make a significant impact on the regions growth.As a Senior Business Development Manager - Strategic Real Estate Lead, you will:

  • Deliver capital investment activities and engage with global and domestic investors, developers, and governmental agencies.
  • Build and manage a network of high-value stakeholders.
  • Monitor investable proposition projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Contribute market insights and content for events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve relationship management systems.
  • Support the collection and dissemination of valuable business insights.
  • Assist in delivering a capital investment KPI suite.
