Our client has recently established a new technical directorate. They are expanding their range of consultancy services and are now seeking an exceptional surveyor to join their growing team. YClient DetailsOur client is a thriving consultancy delivering a wide range of strategic asset management services primarily within the housing sector. Operating UK wide from our office base in Birmingham, they deliver business activities through a combination of bothdirectly employed staff and self-employed associates, with a team of over 100 people and a multi-million-pound turnover.DescriptionYou will play a key role in delivering and developing their approach. The scope encompasses building surveying, retrofit and project work as well as property management.You will work as part of the asset management consultancy team, to support a wide range of asset management and building related consultancy assignments.Manage and expand stock condition surveying work streams by:- Managing work currently outsourced.- Creating flexible capacity to deliver stock condition surveys at scale.- Delivering stock condition surveying validations.Travel will be required across various sites.ProfileThe successful candidate must be technically very strong with at least 5 years experience in a technical surveying role either with a consultancy, local authority or housing association. They will be commercially aware, data literate and have the ambitionto drive our expansion forward and grow professionally with us.Job OfferExcellent salary and benefits (above market rate), and an ability to help grow and shape a new division.
