Job Description

SENIOR BI ANALYST WEST MIDLANDS 1x WEEKUP TO £50,000 (inclusive of bonus)THE COMPANY This company is a B2B insurance company, providing insurance services to businesses, homes, and farms. They are widely recognized in the UK as one of the top insurance companies, and they are currently going through a huge digital transformation process,developing a brand-new data system that has had a massive push from CEOs and Directors. There are currently around 200 people in the business, with 8 people in the BI team.THE ROLEThe successful Senior BI Analyst can expect to be involved in...

  • Consolidate data from the Shared Data Platform with other data sources from across the business, to develop value-add business insight supporting the Claims, Underwriting and Customer Operations functions.
  • Producing dashboards in Power BI to make recommendations and provide insight.
  • Working with customer service data.
  • Detailing key analysis and making data-driven recommendations on best practice.
  • Leading on the delivery and development of scheduled and on-demand MI reports, working closely with business stakeholders to capture key requirements, agree priorities and develop solutions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the division and at all levels, ensuring information produced adds value, and that key analysis is translated back to the business.
  • Having a central role in expanding the coverage, content, accuracy and frequency of the businesses MI.
