My client is looking for a hardworking and tenacious Account Manager who has experience within the Fleet Management SolutionsIndustry to join their dynamic and vibrant team. The role of the Account Manager will be to create long-term, trusting relationships with my clients existing customers. As the Account Manager you must be meticulous and methodical making sure every customeris receiving the same attention to detail and care needed to provide excellent customer service and most importantly customer satisfaction. If you are self-motivated and share experience in the Telematic and Vehicle CCTV industry then this could be the rolefor you.Senior Account Manager Package:

Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • To reach out to existing clients and build strong, working relationships.
  • To create upselling opportunities of further units, products and services for the customer.
  • To work as part of a team within Sales and other Internal Departments.
  • To achieve personal and business targets as set by the business.
  • Keep up to date with market Knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed targets whilst maintaining high levels of customer care and satisfaction.
Senior Account Manager Requirements:
  • You must have at least 2 years’ experience in the industry and in a similar role.
  • Must be computer literate with experience of CRM, EXCEL, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must have excellent communication skills including active listening, verbal and written.
  • Ability to liaise with client from numerous different sectors.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Track record for success and meeting targets.
