A rare opportunity for an Account Executive based in the Midlands to take over a book of clients from two senior members of a successful broker house based in Birmingham.The role will involve taking a large portion of clients off the MD and Branch Director allowing them to focus on other areas and clients, handle the responsibility for that book and grow the book. One of the main attractions here is the book wont be underattack after 12 months!This Account Executive position would suit someone who wants a more senior role and a bit of a step up but who has some experience dealing with the larger types of clients. Someone ambitious and with a decent retention rate. The idea is for the successfulcandidate to inherit a book of clients with income between £300,000 - £400,000. There will be 10-15 clients handed over with the income of those clients (the top 10) being £40,000 - £80,000.As there is agile working and a large part of the role will be attending client visits, there is quite a bit of flexibility on offer with the "anchor day" being a Tuesday in the office.This is a senior level Account Executive opportunity therefore my client is relatively open on salary and package, for them its more about the right person. Cross commercial lines experience is essential.
