SEN CASEWORKERS AND TRIBUNAL OFFICERSFULL REMOTE WORKING Start date: 30th OctoberLocation: BirminghamWe are currently working with our client who is looking to recruit SEN Case Workers and Tribunal Officers. A deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice is essential.The offered day rate for this role is £250 per day Umbrella (Inside IR35)2x Tribunal Officers:These positions are primarily focused on handling Tribunal appeals, excluding mediation or complaints. Prospective candidates should have experience working within a local authority. A strong grasp of the SEND Code of Practice is a requirement. Experiencein attending tribunal hearings in front of a judge is preferred.The day rate for this role is £400 per day Umbrella (Inside IR35), there may be some negotiation on this pending on experience.
